Andrew Abraham
Based in our Belfast studio, Andrew brings over 10 years of experience as an Architect and Passivhaus designer across multiple sectors in both the UK and Ireland. He has played a key role in a diverse range of projects, including residential developments, higher education facilities, master planning and commercial buildings. Andrew spent three years as the project lead for a pioneering mass timber, net-zero commercial project in central London, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and innovation through modern construction methods.
Working on several landmark education projects, Andrew has developed a particular interest in creating spaces that enhance learning and collaboration. Now part of our education team, Andrew brings a deep passion for architecture and a wealth of expertise to HLM. He is already making a big impact within the team, currently working on the refurbishment of an Iconic brutalist University campus building which demonstrates perhaps the most sustainable approach to architecture – retrofit.

Andrew serves as an Expert Advisor for Architecture and the Built Environment for the Ministerial Advisory Group (Northern Ireland) and has co-authored a number of publications on design quality and sustainability.
