Aoibheann Ni Mhearáin

Aoibheann is Senior Manager in the Capital Programmes Unit of the Higher Education Authority, which is responsible for investment planning, funding and governance of capital projects in the higher education sector. In her role leading the programme delivery team Aoibheann manages the portfolio of exchequer funding projects during implementation stage. She is a registered architect with twenty years’ experience in private practice, prior to joining the public sector and has also held academic posts teaching in architecture in UCD and UCC.
