Bobby Vance has been an Associate Director at KSNPM since 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience working on major projects across Ireland, Australia, and the UK. Bobby has gained extensive expertise in high-rise commercial office developments, data centers, and the energy sector. Since returning to Ireland, he has worked on large-scale PPP Co schemes and various educational buildings nationwide, most notably the new Central Quad and East Quad buildings at TU Dublin’s Grangegorman Campus, along with numerous private developments.
