Ciarán McCaffery

Ciarán works in the Higher Education Authority (HEA) where he leads the Capital Programme Unit with responsibility for a number of areas including capital investment planning,  programme delivery, climate action and student accommodation. Ciarán is also a Board Member of the Granegorman Development Agency (GDA). Prior to working in the HEA, Ciarán held a number of roles including as a Consulting Engineer for Golder Associates across projects in Europe and the Middle East.
