Conor Morrissey
Conor is an Associate in COADY Architects and has experience in both building design and interior fit-out of primary, post-primary and third level education facilities.
He was Senior Project Architect for a recently completed new-build 10,450sqm two and three storey post primary school in Millennium Park, Naas, to cater for 1000 pupils. The accommodation is planned in four elements – two wings of teaching accommodation, a PE Hall and a Special Needs Unit, all pivoted around a central hub of shared accommodation comprising the General Purpose Area which forms a heart for the school.
He is currently Senior Project Architect for both St Catherine’s Special School in Kilcoole and St. Ita’s & St. Mary’s Special Schools in Drogheda. Both projects are designed for children aged 4-18 with mild/moderate general learning needs and moderate to severe and profound special needs, autism and learning difficulties.
