David Flynn

David is a Director providing Project and Construction Management Services specialising in education, commercial and pharma projects.   David leads the Sustainability Team at Rogerson Reddan and also provides Project Board services on a number of Public Works Contracts.

He is a competent, professional and qualified Project Manager with strong interpersonal, technical, analytical, assessment, reporting and presentation skills.   Having operated in various aspects of the construction industry for over twenty years, he has continued his professional development and is a Chartered Engineer with a Masters in Project Management and most recently a Post Grad Dip in Sustainable Energy and the Environment at TCD. 

Having successfully delivered many cross functional projects in differing industries, he is comfortable dealing with, managing and reporting to all organisation and corporate levels.   He enjoys problem solving in complex situations to ensure the optimum solutions or outcomes for all project stakeholders.    In recent years, David has gained significant experience in Project Portfolio Management, particularly in the education sector but also in the delivery of a number of Pathfinder Programmes bringing deep energy retrofits to a number of public building types and in particular education buildings.
