Fiona Earley

Fiona Earley, BA Social Care, PGDip Autism Adults. Following many years of working with autistic students transitioning to Higher Education, Fiona became the Autism Support Officer in DCU. Her role includes adapting the environment to make it more autism friendly, helping to reduce stigma and increasing autism acceptance. She is research active in the area of autistic students' experience of higher education and has a special interest in inclusive design that is mindful of the needs of autistic people in educational settings. She contributes to several research advisory panels and steering committees in helping create neuro-affirmative universities.
