Fiona O’Byrne

Fiona O’Byrne is the Director of Corporate Services in the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. She was previously Head of Higher Education Policy and Reform in the Department, following earlier roles in the private and non-profit sectors.
