Frank Lewis

As a senior architect within the Department of Education Planning and Building Unit Frank is an experienced built environment and construction sector professional with an in-depth understanding and anticipatory aptitude for complexities in capital programmes. Also, as a spatial planner Frank is currently working in forward planning which includes collaborating with other institutions and state agencies in programme pipeline preparation relating to the challenge of providing for a new generation of schools for emerging urban communities under Project Ireland 2040, the National Planning Framework and our Climate Action Plan.
