John Dolan

John Dolan is head of the Climate Action Section in the Department of Education. He is a Chartered Engineer and has worked in the private and public sector . The Climate Action Section provides leadership and strategic oversight across the climate action agenda for school buildings. Areas include, planning and implementation of the Department’s Climate Agenda, the Departments Energy Research and Development Programme , the School Sector Climate Action Mandate, the School Sector Technical Climate Action Roadmap, development and delivery of decarbonisation programmes and delivery methodologies to meet the school sector climate action trajectory to 2030 and beyond.
