Kevin Holland

Kevin Holland is a Chartered Engineer with more than 17 years of experience in design consultancy and leads the Ireland Infrastructure business at AtkinsRéalis. He acts as the Programme Director for the Project Management Design Team (PMDT) services overseeing delivery of 19 schools across three bundles as part of the Devolved Schools Build Programme 2. This includes Project Nore which is currently active on site and represents the largest contract ever executed by the Department of Education with seven schools delivered across four counties. The contract includes all the challenges seen in construction in the education sector today including new build, renovations and conservation works of primary, secondary and special education needs schools.
