Mark Kelly

Mark is responsible at Technical Manager/Principal Officer level for accommodation needs assessment at primary, post primary and special schools including technical oversight. He also has responsibility for the delivery of the modular accommodation programme which uses standardised room layouts and technical construction details to drive quality and efficiency in the programme.
