Michelle Kelly is a Higher Executive Officer in the Department of Education Planning and Building Unit in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Michelle’s role involves the development of digital solutions for the Planning and Building Unit through the continued development and administration of the Geographic Information System (GIS) for gathering, managing and analysing school building programme data.
