Paul Noonan is the BMS Manager at UCD Estate Services, specialising in energy demand management and decarbonisation planning.
Paul has been central to the implementation of ISO50001 at UCD and the delivery of many large and small scale energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects, which are driving UCD’s impressive energy efficiency and CO2 performance. A key success factor in many projects has been the implementation of smart BMS control strategies.
Paul has previously worked as an Energy Consultant for 10 years and as an Engineer in the electronic design and manufacturing industry. Paul is a Chartered Engineer and has an M.Sc. in Energy Management.
