Richard Jobson

Richard is a co-founder of Design Engine Architects which was founded in 1999. Key projects include the award-winning New British Embassy in Yemen, The West Downs Centre for University of Winchester, The Science and Mathematics Centre, Charterhouse School and the The John Henry Brookes Building for Oxford Brookes University. Richard is currently working with numerous Independant Schools including Charterhouse and Winchester. He has lectured and critiqued at a number of architectural schools including Oxford Brookes University, Cardiff and Portsmouth, where he also taught from 1995 to 2000. Additionally he has produced critical writing on recently completed buildings for the architectural press including The Architects Journal, Architecture Today and Building Design. Richard was made a Doctor of Technology by Oxford Brookes University.
